Company Milestone:
- Firstly introduced the 100H extrusion blow moulding machine by our group in 1995, the first machine ever used in China for production of large PC bottles.
- The group invested totally RMB20 million to establish the plastic products division and began the specialized production of PC drinking-water bottles and blow moulded plastic products.
- Introduced the third-generation DKM-85PC blow moulding machine equipped with German Siemens 100 points wall thickness control.
- The export business was expanded to more than 35% of the total sales revenue. Being a licenced import and export corporation and a qualified Chinese supplier on NSF list.
- Upgraded ERP system improving the integrated information systematically within the operation.
- Introduced OA system into daily work, improved interior working efficiency.
- Cooperated with an American public listed company, produced their humidifier water tanks by blow moulding method instead of injection moulding successfully, enhanced the customer's brand identity, was recognized by the customer and worked together till now.
- With ten years of R&D works, cooperated with the German specialists, put DKM-125 equipment into production. Being the first manufacturer of blow moulded environment-friendly transparent mannequins, leads the trend in mannequin filed.
